Codeproject AI won't start

I have CodeProject installed for AI recognition in Blue Iris. I can no longer get Code Project to start. i Have uninstalled, reinstalled and tried everything. The services stays running for a bot while installing then then goes offline. If i try and start the service in Windows Services it just fails out with a 1053 error message. Completely lost what is wrong with it.

What I have tried:

Uninstall, reinstall, full file deletion, restart services
